Facilitator Manual (FM)

FM is derived from Participant Manual which helps Trainer in delivering the content adequately. This manual comprised of the instructions for the trainer and the activities which needed to be performed by the candidates.

PowerPoint Presentation (PPT)

PowerPoint Presentation is derived from Participant Manual & Facilitator Manual, which helps trainers while teaching in class. It has been prepared with input from industry experts and SMEs.

Assessments

Our approach to preparing assessments is driven by the goal of ensuring that candidates' progress is duly observed. These assessments are prepared in two ways:

Theory – Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)

Theoretical assessments are tailored to the given job roles in the Qualification Packs (QP-NOS). All the questions are prepared with consideration for the NSQF Level mentioned in the Qualification Packs (QP-NOS) to ensure that the assessment level aligns with the required criteria.

Practical Assessments

Practical assessments are designed to allow candidates to demonstrate the aspects of their respective job roles as a test. These are further prepared in two ways, depending on the requirements:

  • Practicals – Role Plays: Role plays provide candidates with an opportunity to showcase their skills and interact in job-related situations, offering a realistic assessment method.
  • Scenario-Based Rubrics: The use of scenario-based rubrics offers a structured evaluation approach for practical assessments, ensuring consistent and fair assessment based on performance in specific scenarios.

*All content is meticulously aligned with the Qualification Packs (QP-NOS).
